Obituary of Pamela Jean Krupa
Pamela Jean Krupa, age 64, of Othello, passed away August 16, 2015 at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle after fighting a courageous battle with Cancer. She was born on May 17, 1951 in Dayton, Washington. She graduated from Othello High School in 1969. At the age of 18 she worked for the Milwaukee Railroad, where Pamela met and married Paul Michael (Mike) Krupa March 15, 1975 and raised their two children, Paul Matthew and Jennifer Lynn. She was a resident of Othello for 57 years, where she attended the Pilgrim Lutheran Church and taught Sunday school. Pamela had a passion for crafting, quilting, card making, and caring for others and loved to make baby quilts for the fire department Christmas baskets. She worked for the United States Postal Service for 30 years retiring as Postmaster in Mesa, Washington in 2012.
Pamela is survived by her husband Paul Michael (Mike) Krupa, her children; Paul Matthew (Kristen) Krupa of Moses Lake, Washington, Jennifer Lynn of Othello, Washington. Her grandchildren, Paul Marcus, Madilynn Jean, Seantille Rose, and Alexandra Nicole. Her siblings Cathy Rose of Othello, Christine Mosbarger of Bremerton, Washington, Tamera (Brent) Sayer of Freeland, Washington, Kevalane (Kevin) Besel of Othello, Jacqueline (Mark) Baxter Ocean View, Hawaii. She was preceded in death by her parents Nevan and Maxine (Bauman)Page, her brother Darrel Page and her grandchild David Matthew.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday August 22, 2015 at the Pilgrim Lutheran Church in Othello, Washington. Memorial gifts in Pamela’s honor may be made to the American Cancer Society.
