Obituary of Elida Garza

Elida Garza went to be with the Lord on September 21, 2021 at the age 76. She was a resident of Othello WA.since 1973 Born December 10,1944 in Monterrey N.L to Tomasa Trevino Garza & Porfirio Garza. Elida was predeceased by her grandson, Christopher Angelo Lopez, & Brother Enrique Garza. She was a loving mother to 5 children, 16 grandchildren, and 7 Great Grandchildren. Elida took guardianship of her disabled sister Idalia Garza in 1990 after their mother passed away. Elida always made time for everyone, she always provided support and love for her family. She and her husband Hector worked tirelessly to provide opportunities for their kids. Elida took English classes, learned to read and write the language from Mrs. Lola. Elida gave her life to the lord in 1973, at Bethel Assemblies of God church in Othello, where she later became a member and gave of her time and contribution. Elida was an active member of the SCIU, holding a position in the Adult Aging program. Her hobbies were her flower gardening, sewing, cooking, reading, and spending time with her friends and family. She had a way of making her grandchildren and great-grandchildren laugh and feel loved.
