Obituary of David Serna

Thank you Obituary written and provided by family David V. Serna was born August 24,1973 to Lorenzo and Elvira Serna in Othello, WA. David grew up in the small town of Cunningham, WA where he attended school in Lind, WA. In 1987, David and his family moved to Othello, and in 1992 David was the first Othello High School graduate of the Serna family. After living and working in Vancouver, WA for a short while, David decided that the place he wanted to be was in his hometown of Othello close to his parents. In 1996, David began working at McCain Foods where he would work faithfully for over 25 years. David was a very hard working man with a tender heart and was always willing to help his family in any way that he could. Unfortunately David had many health issues and on Sept 22, 2024 God called David home where he will forever be at peace. David is survived by his beautiful mother Elvira Serna, his siblings Christal, Daniel (Raquel), and Melissa, his nieces Jasmine, Victoria, Lorena, Larissa, and Mikayla, his nephews, Anthony(Victoria), Joshua(Abigail), Elijah, Andrew(Andreya), Samuel, Isaiah, and Jeremiah, and his great nieces and nephews Esperanza, Ezekiel, Mya, Conor, Osyrus, and Baby Serna(Anthony). David is preceded in death by his loving father Lorenzo Serna. David will be greatly missed by all his family and his friends. We will never forget his contagious laugh, his great sense of humor, and his big heart.
